You may have noticed the new retail/office building under construction on Andrews Avenue close to Boardwalk and wondered who will the tenants be. While nothing has been finalized, the city of Wilton Manors is reviewing a conditional use application for the entire ground floor. Green Dragon Cannabis is hoping to open a Medical Marijuana Dispensary at this location. This company already has other locations here in Florida in Boynton Beach West as well as Lake Worth.
